To be in good health, it is recommended for adult humans to drink 8 glasses of 200 ml of water per day (1.5 or 2 liters). Several people have tried to do this but find it really painful. Here are great tips to help you get your daily dose without feeling the pressure.
1. In the morning
After sleep, it’s the easiest. In the morning, the body is usually dehydrated and needs fluids. Before eating your breakfast, pour a cup of water (200 ml) and drink it. Since water tends to fill you up, you can have breakfast after half an hour. If you want to reduce your caffeine intake, instead of drinking a full cup of coffee, you can cut that amount in half. Even the portions of your breakfast will decrease because the stomach will already be full of water. That way, one cup will cut the calories and caffeine for the day in half.
2. At work
Instead of drinking a cup of coffee or juice as usual, try drinking water. Try to pour the water into a cup with a straw. The main idea here is that the straw allows you to drink a lot more than usual.
4. Encourage your family
Children only want drinks that add a lot of sugar such as juice, soda … Encourage your children to take a cup of water with you at different times of the day. It’s a great way to encourage your children or family to drink water and stay healthy. To make it even more fun add some rewards.
5. Boost your energy
Always keep in mind that water improves health and regenerates the body giving you more energy. Drink a cup of water before going to the gym. Water will boost your energy. 5 cups less equals more energy for exercise.
6. Drink the natural juices
Drink natural juices not only contain vitamins and minerals, but they are also healthy. However, be sure to mix for example a cup of orange or kiwi juice with a cup of water. It is an excellent mixture for your general health.
7. Before going to bed
Before sleeping, don’t skip that glass of water. The body should also stay hydrated even at night. Remember to always have your glass of water handy for the night.
