To start, bake your pizza crust separately, before adding the toppings and the sauce. If you cook everything at the same time, you can end up with a dry pizza that has overcooked toppings and burnt cheese. Of course, you don’t have to bake your crust completely the first time, half baking so you don’t end up with a pizza that has a burnt crust after your last cooking step.

In a bowl put hot water specified in your homemade pizza recipe. Gradually add the water to the yeast, stir and let stand for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in another bowl, put lukewarm water, stir in the salt, sugar and other dry ingredients except the flour, add the water and yeast mixture, stir the batch and immediately add the rest of the ingredients.
For a crispy pizza crust, reduce the amount of water. Drier dough means a crisper pizza crust. A stiffer pizza dough also means a crisper crust. If you want a crispy crust, use flour with high gluten content.
To get a soft crust, add more water to your dough mixture or use less flour. Moist dough means a softer pizza crust. Preferably use flour with low gluten content.

This type of pizza is generally minimalist (little topping).
