INGREDIENTS

  • 9 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 9 tbsp of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS   Preheat the oven to 180 °. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Combine all the ingredients: sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl, and place the bowl on a pot of barely simmering water.
